Shipping policy

 1. Fulfilment Partners

All physical products purchased from ISEP are printed, packed and shipped by our third-party fulfilment partners:

  • Teemill – for clothing, tote bags and similar merchandise
  • Lulu Direct – for printed books and publications

These partners manage their own production and delivery processes. Dispatch and delivery times may vary depending on the product type and destination.

 

2. Order Processing Times

Each order is made to order by our fulfilment partners. Typical processing times are:

  • Teemill products: 2–3 working days before dispatch
  • Lulu Direct publications: 3–5 working days before dispatch

You will receive a confirmation email from the relevant fulfilment partner when your order has been dispatched.

 

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are as follows:

UK Deliveries

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 working days
  • Express delivery (if available): 1–2 working days

International Deliveries

  • Europe: 5–10 working days
  • Rest of World: 7–15 working days

Please note: these timeframes are estimates and can vary due to postal delays, customs checks, or high demand during peak periods.

 

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and based on your location, item weight, and fulfilment provider. You will see the total shipping cost and available shipping methods at checkout before completing your purchase.

 

5. International Orders, Customs and Duties

For orders shipped outside the UK, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be included in the total price at checkout.

Sometimes we reject orders because you are located outside of our delivery areas, as stated on our as stated on our delivery partners’ websites (Teemill and Lulu). When this happens, we let you know as soon as possible and refund any sums you have paid.

 

6. Tracking and Delivery Issues

Where available, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:

  • Please check your dispatch confirmation for tracking details
  • Check with your local postal or delivery service
  • Then contact us at [email protected]  and we will investigate further with our fulfilment partners

Claims for missing orders should be made within 30 calendar days of dispatch to help us investigate promptly. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item(s) arrive(s) damaged, defective or incorrect, please fill in our returns form here.

Alternatively, you can contact us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographs showing the damage or defect

We will investigate and liaise with our fulfilment partners to resolve the issue(s). Remedies may include a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
