Shop your values
At the Institute of Sustainability and Environmental Professionals (ISEP), everything we create and curate is chosen with care - not just for its usefulness to you, but for its impact on the planet. Our store offers two things we believe go hand in hand: best practice guides that share knowledge and merchandise that reflects our sustainable values.
ISEP best practice guides
We set the standards for anyone wanting sustainable change that delivers for the environment, society and the economy. That is why we create best practice guides. Our publications offer technical guidance and support to professionals on key policy and regulatory issues that impact them in their workplace.
Our expert-developed best practice guides are now available for purchase in two formats:
-
Digital download: as part of our commitment to sustainability we offer a discounted rate for our digital guides as a way to encourage this option which has zero shipping impact and provides instant access.
-
Printed edition – we understand that everyone is different and some of may prefer something tangible. For our printed editions we have partnered with Lulu direct.
Printed with purpose
Our printed guides aren’t just informative - they’re produced responsibly.
-
Print-on-demand: Our best practice guides are only made when an order is placed, which means no warehouses full of unsold stock, no unnecessary waste, and fewer emissions in distribution.
-
The paper used is sourced from responsibly managed forests that meet strict sustainability standards. It is also acid-free, ensuring longevity and reducing the use of harmful chemicals during production.
-
Whenever possible the packaging is mostly recycled or recyclable, to reduce its environmental impact.
-
Lulu uses a global print-on-demand network, enabling many orders to be fulfilled closer to their destination, which helps reduce shipping distances and carbon emissions.
-
Lulu has been a certified B Corporation since 2016, committed to high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability.
Merchandise that matters
The merchandise we offer is created with sustainability in its DNA. We’ve partnered with Teemill to offer sustainable products for sustainability and environmental professionals.
-
Made from GOTS-certified organic cotton, free from plastic and synthetic fibres. Teemill's textile products are crafted exclusively from GOTS-certified organic cotton, ensuring they are free from harmful chemicals and synthetic materials. This certification guarantees that the cotton is grown without pesticides and processed without toxic dyes or finishes, promoting both environmental and human health.
-
Printed on demand - nothing is made until it’s ordered, helping reduce waste.
Teemill operates on a print-on-demand model, meaning products are only manufactured after an order is placed. This approach eliminates overproduction and excess inventory, significantly reducing textile waste and minimising unsold stock that often ends up in landfills. -
Circular design - scan the QR code on your garment to get a free return label, send it back for recycling when you've finished using it, and earn store credit! Each Teemill garment features a QR code on the care label, directing customers to the Remill platform. Through this initiative, customers can return worn-out items for recycling, receiving store credit in return. This process supports a circular fashion model, where products are repurposed into new materials, reducing waste and promoting sustainability.
-
Plastic-free packaging - Teemill ensures that all packaging is plastic-free, utilising recyclable materials such as paper and cardboard. This commitment helps reduce plastic waste and supports a more sustainable packaging solution throughout the supply chain.
-
Cotton by-products like seeds are repurposed into organic cow feed and vegetable oil, supporting a zero-waste production model. In Teemill's supply chain, every part of the cotton plant is utilised. The seeds are processed into cakes sold as organic cow feed, and the residual vegetable oil is extracted for use in food products. This approach exemplifies a zero-waste production model, where by-products are repurposed, minimising waste and maximising resource efficiency.
-
Backed by GOTS certification and partnered with SA8000-certified factories committed to fair wages and ethical practices. Additionally, Teemill collaborates with factories that are SA8000-certified, adhering to international human rights and labour laws, and committing to fair wages and ethical practices in the workplace.
